"CJ Logging and Sawmill Supplies" was started in August of 1981 out of a small garage on the East Road in Boonville, NY. A joint effort between Mark Bourgeois, his wife Linda, and Gary Bourgeois, along with their mother, Janet, the business began as a chainsaw dealer with Husqvarna, Partner, and Homelite. Later, in 1984, the business incorporated and changed its name to "CJ Logging Equipment, Inc." Through the changes of the forest industry and advancements in logging equipment and tools, CJ Logging Equipment adapted to the latest innovations by becoming authorized dealers of Tigercat, TimberPro, Komatsu, Link-Belt, and many more manufacturers. Since 1981, CJ Logging Equipment has grown into a leading supplier of logging equipment in the northeast United States with locations in Boonville, NY, Little Valley, NY, Allenwood, PA, and Fremont, NH.
