CORPORATE DONATION GUIDELINES
Thank you for considering us to be a part of your important cause!
CJ Logging Equipment is a long-time supporter and donor to the Children’s Miracle Network’s Log-A-Load for Kids. Every year we raise money to support the organization whose mission is to raise funds to improve children's health through treatment, education and research at Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals and other local children's hospitals.
Log A Load for Kids is an annual campaign which began in 1988 when loggers and others in the forest products community donated the value of a load of logs to their local CMN hospital. Today, Log A Load is a leader in CMN Hospitals’ fundraising, raising more than $2 million annually through golf tournaments, fishing events, dinners, truckloads of log donations and other events.
To help us fulfill requests for donations and sponsorships, we kindly ask that applications are emailed to: Jennifer@cjlogequip.com and submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date.

Organization’s focus is one of the following categories:

Donation Criteria
Organization’s focus is one of the following categories:
- Organization’s focus is aligned with CJ’s & 3B’s core values
- Event/organization is located within 10 miles of CJ Logging’s location.
- Event reaches large local or national audience and serves the greater good.
- Not-For-Profit Animal rescue groups
- Local area snowmobile clubs, organizations that promote the sport of snowmobiling and/or its safety education
- Forestry education and safety
- Priority is given to organizations that align with our giving areas and have a CJ’s or 3B employee involved as an immediate family member, active volunteer, board member or committee member.
CJ’s expects requests from 501(c)3 public nonprofit organizations only.
A tminimum, nonprofits requesting support from CJ’s must:
- Be a 501(c)3 public nonprofit charity as sanctioned by the IRS;
- Serve areas where we operate stores– Boonville, NY; Little Valley, NY, and Allenwood, PA
- Not exhibit discriminatory behavioror practices
In order to maintain focus, CJ Logging Equipment, 3B Timber and CJ Motorsports does not provide charitable donations to
- Individuals
- Political Parties or Advocacy Groups
- Religious Groups
- Third Parties Raising Funds for Charity
